AA Admirals Club have their 1 Day Passes 40% off, $50 down to $30 but only on sale for another 14 hours.
They are valid for up to 365 days once purchased online, for one day use only. Up to 3 children under 18 yrs admitted with pass holder.
Don't have to be travelling with AA.
Can be used more than once on the same day.

looks good but since we only have a 4 hour layover, and we may need most of that for getting from one terminal to the next...

not sure if it's worth $60 for only an hour or so use...

I'm a complete dumbo when it comes to airline lounges...do you know if I buy a 30 day Delta lounge membership if I can take my DH and 2 kids in with me on the one pass? One of the only things I detest about air travel is the whole hanging around the airport thing, it's so boring and time seems to slooooow doooown when you're waiting for your boarding to be announced.

I believe it does. I plan on purchasing the 30 day pass for our family to use at LAX and MCO in Sept/Oct. You don't need to be flying DL to use their lounge.

Sounds good, we are flying VA to LAX and codeshare Delta on our return to Sydney. Are there any Delta/VA lounges at Sydney airport? If so, it would be awesome to be able to spend time there before flying out.

Correct me if I am wrong but you have to have the membership card to enter the lounge not the temporary membership card issued when purchased online.
The membership card can only be obtained at a Sky Club when you buy the 30 day pass.
