I am going to disney the first week of July. I was thinking of getting the Ameribag but was unsure of the size - sm or med.? My kids are 4 and 7. I will be carrying suntun lotion, a few water bottles, ponchos, snacks, camera and a wallet. I'm there will be more. The sm looked a little sm but wasn't sure. Help?

I've looked at these bags a lot, almost bought one similar (not sure if it was the same brand but it was the same shape/style) a few weeks ago, but didn't "need" it. so I passed.

I will tell you that the Ameribag that I tried out totally and completely HURT my back and it didn't really hold much...see that is the trick with these bags...carrying a lot is not good for your back so they make them so they don't hold much!

For all you are going to carry I would suggest an Overland Equipment "Donner" bag...that thing is amazingly compact yet it holds LOTS of things...it has two pockets on the sides made for water bottles and they just look great! It's a messenger style bag designed to be slung across the body. I love mine!

I have a small Ameribag and it has gone on many trips with me. I have to disagree with it not carrying much. The key is to use the many pockets, one of the things I love about this bag. I won't bore you with all that I can fit in there but with two kids we can have a lot. Pal Mickey has even taken a ride! I love this bag so much that I have a hard time changing out of it when we get back and usually carry it as a purse for quite a while afterwards.
