Can anyone confirm that Amazon Prime Now deliveries can be left with Bell Services if you're not there? We won't be purchasing alcohol and I did read the Sticky Post at the beginning of this forum, but it says "delivery to customer only."

I want to make sure if I have items delivered on the day we arrive, that they will be left with Bell Services if we aren't there.

Yep, we did exactly this at CBR and they held it for several hours and kept it refrigerated until we were able to pick it up.

We did Amazon Prime to the Poly earlier this month. I received a notice when it arrived from Amazon, but the Poly never notified me. I waited about 30 min before calling bell services and then they delivered it. If I hadn't called, I'm not sure how long they would have held it. I didn't purchase alcohol and nothing perishable.

My experience is if you order alcohol, you will definitely need to meet the driver. If you don't order alcohol, you shouldn't, but it may still happen if your driver is new, paranoid, or disgruntled. Unfortunately, Amazons training seems to be hit or miss, and I had a driver that seemed to be trying to make a point by forcing me to pick up the delivery because he had been blamed for a delivery that may have been lost by bell services... So mileage may vary. Amazon seems to always be willing to go out of their way to resolve issues, but I still ended up with no groceries, a refund, and a credit.....
