I am considering placing an order just for a case of water for a 3 night trip coming up soon. Being such a short trip with only 2 of us it won't be worth ordering if it's not there the day we arrive. So, I'm trying to figure out when I need to place the other to make sure it's there on time.

Also, does it seem like most packages, if shipped in a timely manner, are available on arrival day? Or can it take time to locate and deliver them. If it matters I'll be staying at All Star Sports.

I always order from amazon prime. I place my order 1 week before my check in. I have never had a problem with my items being there when i arrive. Another option since you said you only want water is staples. If you are a staples reward member (free to sign up) you can have your water shipped for free. When I order my water from staples I order it a week prior to arrival and it is always there when I get there.

For short trips when we only want a case of water for our room, we get one in the resort gift shop. They are $6.69 for a case.
