Amazon Prime Now delivery?

I'm debating about trying Amazon Prime Now for my next trip. I want to order some items that require refrigeration - along with a case of water and some other non-perishables. When it arrives at the resort - will the resort staff know it needs refrigeration? How does that part work? Anyone tried this?
Garden Grocer minimum order is too large for me this time.......

I'm looking at a delivery date 5 days from now - so your 3 day experience will help! I'm hoping if I put in the delivery instructions that items require refrigeration, Disney will put it in the frig. But I obviously don't need the case of water stored that way....

I haven't ordered from Amazon Prime Now before a trip, but last month I ordered a few perishable items about halfway through our vacation. I ordered them at 7:30 am and the earliest delivery time was 10:30 am. I simply requested a time (8:00 pm) when I knew we'd be back at the resort (BLT) for them to drop-off.

The items needing refrigeration come in a thermal bag, they will separate it from the other items, I've used them twice and haven't had any issues. They also come with a ice pack.
