Amazon Prime grocery delivery question

I have seen blog posts and people's reports about using Amazon Prime for grocery delivery to the resorts. When I put in the zip code for Bay Lake Tower, it says the service is unavailable to that zip code.

Am I doing something wrong here?

I am leaving in the morning and staying at Pop Century 32830 and it says they deliver there.
We plan on ordering from them so I hope they do. I just doubled checked and Pop and Bay Lake Towers have the same zip code.

I just did a practice order and it let me go all the way to delivery time if that helps.

I think I understand. I usually use AmazonFresh. That is unavailable. It's Prime Pantry that people use?

I'll be using Prime Now in 2 weeks. Free 2 hour delivery and they have a good selection of items/groceries.

Amazon Prime is items sold on the regular Amazon site. For Prime members, its's almost always free 2 day delivery. Prime Now is a separate service offered by Amazon for Prime members (primenow.amazon.com). They deliver from local grocery stores so will deliver perishables that cannot be purchased as regular Prime items.

I've never used Prime Pantry, but I think it is items that are available from Amazon but aren't available as individual items. For example, buying cereal from Amazon, you might get 10 boxes. If it was purchased as a Prime Pantry order, it's just one box. But Prime Pantry will only ship with a certain number of items per box (so the cereal plus a container of coffee, a box of spaghetti, and a can of tomato paste). Not sure what the required number of items per box is or if it's restricted to certain size items.

Yes. We ordered it the morning we were arriving - right before we boarded the plane. They give you a few windows to choose from for delivery. So, the earlier in the day you order it, the more likely you are to get your time frame. It was SLICK.. loved it so much, we used it again the next day
