We have Prime but have never used Amazon Fresh. If I want to place an order to be delivered to the resort, do I need to sign up a few weeks early or do anything other than just go onto the Fresh section of Amazon and place an order? Do I need to notify the front dest or provide my reservation info to Amazon?

Bumping this up for you.

When you have groceries delivered, you do not need to notify the front desk of a Disney hotel. You do not need to provide your reservation information to Amazon.

Can't help you with the rest.

It's been a few years since we used Amazon Fresh, but it didn't require any extra information on the order other than the address. We picked it up at bell services (if using a stroller, take it to transport your order to your room.) The only weird things I remember were that you need to use a card on file, not a gift card, if delivering to an address other than your home address and it worked better on my fire tablet vs phone. Also, prices and availability of items can change--so if you start an order ahead of time, you may need to double check it to make sure things are in stock and swap as needed--change brands of juice boxes or trade cheez-its for goldfish.
