Amazon Free Holiday Music Downloads

Just a reminder that Amazon is doing their free holiday music downloads again this year. There is a different song for each day in December until Christmas. Dec. 1 was "Ave Maria" by Celtic Woman and today's is "Peace on Earth" by Brian Wilson from his "In the Key of Disney" album.

Last year I got a lot of great Christmas music. Some of it was fun and funky and then there were others that were beautiful and inspiring. You can't beat the price and you can always delete a tune if you don't like it.

Really? I thought that you could access your Amazon Cloud player thru Safari. They were supposed to have updated it to work with Safari back in May.

Today's song is "My Dear Acquaintance [A Happy New Year]" by Regina Spektor. I've never heard this one before. It's a sweet song but not a top ten.

Another disappointed Canadian. And, I have both an amazon.com and an amazon.ca account, and recently bought through both. I couldn't buy the toys that I wanted, though, through amazon.com.

Good morning! It's Dec. 5 and today's song is "Greensleeves by Mannheim Steamroller. Kind of slow and melancholy version (as if Greensleeves could be anything but melancholy) and the intro is a full minute in length. But I like their other Christmas music and I'll probably keep it in my playlist.

Today's song is "Angels We Have Heard on High" by Bayside. A rock version that sounds like it would be good if synced to a light show. Not my cup of tea and it won't be on my playlist but someone else might enjoy it.
