amazon digital downloads

OK.. I have no idea what I'm doing.

I purchased "The Book of Mormon" which is on sale for $1.99 today. It says my order is "processing". Do I have to wait for it to say "processed" or is that because I haven't downloaded it yet?

How do I get it into itunes?

is it in your downloads folder on your computer's hard drive?

To get it on iTunes really simple. On iTunes, go to "file" usually in the top left hand corner. Then choose "Add file to library" or you can just do Cntrl O. From there you locate the item on your hard drive click "open" and it should pop up in your iTunes library.

Cloud player came up.. but it's not there either.. is there a way to start over?

Is this an ebook or an audio book? If it is audio, have you downloaded the Amazon MP3 software yet?

Amazon MP3 is what Amazon uses to download the file to your computer and then you can follow the PP instructions.

I did download the amazon mp3. Is there somewhere that you can go try everything again?
