I placed an order from Amazon for an OTC medication. I put my name and reservation number on the address for POFQ. is that all they need so I get my order tomorrow

Yes and for future reference leave off your reservation number. That is unnecessary (and not something one should just give out to people). Next time just say GuestKITKAT4622 and the hotel name.

That’s what I’ve done although I’ve included the dates rather than reservation number.

Just a heads up that there is a $6 fee for each package sent to a resort.
