We’ve never had anything shipped to the resorts...if I wanted to have a few things ordered and shipped from Amazon, will I just pick up from bell services?? I’m assuming disney is charging for this, just wasn’t sure if pick up process. Thanks!

Just did this week ago. I met our driver outside the lobby. Bell services let me borrow a luggage cart to bring my groceries up to the room. If you wanted to have it left at bell services you can but you'll get hit with a $6 fee. But I've always met the driver. Much smoother that way.

I stayed at riviera last summer and we did amazon , we picked up at the front lobby . No charge .

It depends. Are you planning to order from Amazon and have items delivered via UPS or order from Amazon Prime Now?

Not the OP, but along the same lines, what is the current policy on grocery deliveries. I'll be staying at BWV for the first time - might use Prime Now for grocery deliveries. Is it best to meet the driver? Does bell services keep refrigerated stuff cold for you if we aren't there to meet the driver? And any other Amazon Prime deliveries - like say I sent sunscreen or something other than groceries, is that when they charge? (Years ago, I sent sunscreen when we were staying at BLT - they charged me to pick up since I had to get it from the business center.)
