I wanted to see all three teams do the map at the end!!!

I'm so glad the Linz won! (betting spoiler comes through once again)

They had fun the entire race and they enjoyed each other's company. There were fun to watch and always made me laugh. (Plus..... they loved Curling!)

Don't hate them because they disliked the Weavers. Remember, most teams disliked the Weavers.

Lol!! I would have loved to see them attempt that. Even better would have been them with a huge lead and not even get through half of the map and the other teams beat them, all while they were praying "Dear Lord, please let Rollie (since he's the only one who does tasks) find California."
I feel like we have been robbed.

Can't wait for Feb!!!

Well I'm disappointed the Linz family won. This pretty much guarantees they'll be obnoxious for the rest of their lives. I was really pulling for the Bransens.

Next season looks great! The preview was almost better than some of this season's entire episode.

I have no problem with the fact they disliked the Weavers. I didn't really like the Weavers. IMHO, the Linz family acted just as childish. There is never an excuse to be nasty to other people. I'm just glad the Linz didn't say anything mean about the Weavers after they won. JMHO.

Oh, well. On to the next season.

I wanted to see the Weavers do the puzzle too. I think it would have been 'interesting' seeing how they didn't know Pennsylvania was a state.

I was thinking the same thing, I really wanted to see them make a mess of it while bothering God yet again.

Next season's teams look like a fun bunch. Phil's pants were much more entertaining than much of this race!

I thought in past seasons the runner up gets something as well. I just don't think they announce it.

I've been watching this terrible show for weeks just so I could see my hometown. I couldn't believe how whiny the Weavers were when things didn't go their way. Blah, blah, blah, it's not fair . Being slow and having the other teams catch up isn't unfair! I'd hate to see them do one of the usual Amazing Race tasks like navigating a market in Calcutta.

I loved the ending though! The Linz's remind me a lot of some of my friends. Plus, I got to see my old apartment building when the Weavers were in the cab downtown

I just want to mention that I'm a proud Canadian - I've lived all over this great big country but I've never ever heard of log rolling as a favourite Canadian sport! I've never heard of log rolling period. I was LMAO when I saw that! It should have been curling and hockey - now that's Canadian!

Yay Linz family! I was so torn when Wally and Nick were doing the puzzle because I like them both. The Linz's were really great together, they cracked me up & Wally and his girls were so cute at the end. The rest of the teams seemed very happy with the outcome as well.

I knew who would win pretty much because I read a spoiler someone posted on this thread way back in the beginning, I asked them to remove it, but too late...I had already seen it...which stunk because I made a promise to myself not to read spoilers....I didn't do it on purpose LOL

Next season....Im going to try again to not read any spoilers!

right now on NY CBS News they are showing the Linzs and doing an interview

Edited to add, they said they are giving their parents half the million and splitting the rest between all the siblings (there are 7 of them all together)
