I had booked DH for Oct 18-22 at $290.00 but this morning the rate was $163.00 so I cancelled the other one and rebooked for $163.00. Amazing!
I just checked and the rates are still this low.

Thank you so much for posting this. I had PPH booked through Disney on an AP rate, and this rate kills it. LOL. Saved over half what I was spending.

I've cancelled through Disney and booked Expedia. Never used Expedia before so fingers crossed it's good.

Paying in advance doesn't bother me as Disney was all paid up anyway.

Yeah, more shopping money now!! It's not like Disney won't be getting the money back LOL

Wow- only 1 night of our Sep trip is available but it's only $100 for PPH! If I could get all 4 nights at that rate, I would easily switch from Anaheim Plaza!

I have used expedia several times for hotel bookings and have had no problems. I cancelled my original booking with them ($295.00 per night DH) over the phone with no problem - said the refund will show on my credit card within 7 days.
I agree with cinderalllie -it's not like Disney won't get the money anyways, we'll just have more to spend while there! This is the first time for all of us so this will be really special (H, DD(6)and DS(4) and myself).

I've never used Expedia before. It's showing DH at an average of $188 a night for my dates! But, it also says there is a $16 service charge each night taking the actual rate over the $200 mark. Still looking very tempting! What if DH starts offering a five for the price of three deal for the month of December, though? And at a rate that would give me a better deal than Expedia's?

I have been checking expedia for days...never saw this rate...how did you find these rates? Did you use the 'my dates are flexible' tool?

I would love to stay onsite for my upcoming October trip...

I simply entered our dates and got the price quote of $ 100 a night on expedia.com. German Expedia is giving me a rate of 71 Euro, that's around the same price.

Isn't that the resort fee that applies for all bookings (with the exception of DVC) anyway?

Hmmmm, we have one of the new pirate kid suites at the HOJO booked, but 4 of our 5 nights is availalbe at the PPH for.....wait for it......$91 per night!

OMGosh, that is sooooooooo tempting!

I know, right?!! The first four of our five nights is available at $91 per night at the PPH. That is unheard of! I bet we'll never see a rate that low again!

I really can't change our reservations though. Our kids are soooooooo excited to sleep in bunk beds in a HOJO pirate suite, where they will have their own little room, bathroom and TV.

Oh man! I almost wished I didn't see this. It's killin' me.
