Amazing AGT Opera Singer kid!

Yes!!! Wasn't she amazing! Then, she started talking and it was a regular kid voice! It almost did sound fake, but she was adorable and could win the whole thing from a youtube entry!!

Did anyone else watching AGT think it looked like she was lip syncing?

I'm not saying she was, because I just can't imagine she could get away with it. But I have to say watching the show it seemed a little off. I did see her when Howie asked her to sing a couple of notes and it still just didn't seem like it was coming from her. But maybe that is because it just didn't seem possible a kid could sound that mature.

She was amazing though. Could win the whole show.

Not at all. Very clearly while she was singing you could hear her breathing and occassionally slipping into a more child-like (but still very beautiful) singing voice.

I have to disagree. I just listened to it again on youtube and never heard her slip into a child's voice. Plus the fact that when she moves away from the microphone the volume doesn't change.

Like I said, I'm not saying she is lip syncing, because I have no idea how she would get away with it. But the more I watch her, the more it doesn't seem real.

I could hear very obviously when she was forcing notes out and using the back of her throat to produce a richer, deeper sound and when it was just her "kid" voice singing. But people hear different stuff.

Besides...the show doesn't allow lip-synching, so how could it not be her? And Howie asked her to sing a few notes on the results show wednesday after she made it through and she sang a little right then. Flawlessly.
