Am I the only one who hates Mickey Mouse?

Maybe this is a bad place to say this...I love Disney stuff a lot, but I just can't stand Mickey Mouse! I cant even put my finger on the exact reason. My wife says I'm "un-American", and cant understand why I don't like him.

I think it's something about his voice, those big dumb ears, and the way he moves. He just irks me. I love most of the original Disney characters like Goofy and Donald. I guess Minnie isn't bad, but the fact that she actually likes Mickey means there must be something wrong with her.

I love the Phineus and Ferb cartoons, couldn't wait to have the pictures. Took one look at them in person and they freaked me out--they are flat out scary to me

My DW has an irrational hate of "that *****" Minnie Mouse, but who can hate Mickey?

I love Stitch...He is hilarious with a heart of gold. My favorite will always been Chip and Dale.

That's how I feel about Toy Story! I love love love Toy Story. All of the characters, the story. Everything...in the movies. But Woody and Jessie at the parks? Creepazoid! Especially Jessie. *shudder*

It's the voice. I'm not into characters to begin with (never have been!), but Mickey is most definitely the least fave in my eyes.

Remember, if there was no Mickey, there would be no Disney for it all started with a mouse.

Pretty sure it started with an entrepreneurial man who kept going bankrupt and finally hit something other people liked. With Oswald. Lost Oswald and created another character. (according to my sleepy watching of One Man's Dream or whatever it's called)

If that character hadn't hit it big he probably would have come up with another one.

Mickey has always been my least favorite, I think it is because of his high pitched squeaky voice. Still - It was good to meet him, because he was silent!
