Am I right about this?

My reservation day is tomorrow and I’m losing my mind a little! I think the only reservations I’m trying to get that are hard to find are Oga’s, Be Our Guest, Sci-Fi Dine In and maybe Beaches and Cream. I have like three different possible days for each, which is making it hard for me to organize the rest of my choices since I don’t know what I’ll end up with there. The other restaurants I want to book are (in no particular order):
California Grill
Boathouse
Hollywood Brown Derby
Jungle Navigation Company
Tiffins
Le Cellier
Rose and Crown
Spice Road Table

Will I be okay fitting those in around the top 3/4 on the fly or do any of them need to be in the hard to get category? I’m okay eating late!

Right now with the limited capacity most if not all places are "hard to get" but walk up is possible or stalking day of but you cant count on it. I would try and iron out your days and set atleast 3 solid daya nd book 3 the rest can be gravy

If Boathouse is not on Disney's system for the date/time you want, check Open Table.

Also, I believe Spice Road Table is more lounge-style now and not taking ADRs.

When I made my ADRs this morning, Be Our Guest was not as hard as the other three you list. I don't know the size of your party, but at Beaches and Cream I had better luck splitting our party and searching for tables of 2.
