If I am reading the TV guide correctly - it is on only once this week

No results show?

Am I missing something?

I think this started last season - they dance the first week and no elimination. The second week they all dance a second time and then the eliminations begin.

This is strange, I just looked it up & it says 1st episode -11 couples perform Monday night, then 2nd episode - results show on 3/30, then 3rd episode - 11 couples dance again on 3/29. I guess they got episode 2 & 3 mixed up & they'll all perform twice, once this week, then next week with the results the following night. I don't remember how it was in the past, did they vote someone off the first week?

I hope the results don't mess with LOST!! I like having the pop-up version of the previous week on before the new show.

They could the results at the beginning of the next week. No need for an entire second hour, IMO. I feel the same for AI.

I would agree with this except that it means the contestants spend a week preparing for a performance they do not get to give.

They usually re-sing/dance the dance after they are kicked off. This way they could do the new song/dance.

I think they are going longer before the first elimination this season because there are only 11 stars. The last few seasons, they have had more than 12 celebs to start, so they started the cuts earlier.

all eleven couples will perform either the Vienesse Waltz or Cha Cha for the first time on live national television. In week two, all of the couples will return to dance their second routines and the couple with the lowest combined judges’ scores and public votes for both performances will be sent home on the premiere of The Results Show on Tuesday, March 30 at 8|7.
