We are going to WDW in September and looking at last years schedule it looks like the time frame we booked is limited in the fantasmic showings (only one). We also want to attend a MNSSHP and it looks as though there are only two and one of the two is on the same night as fantasmic. So are my pre 2010 schedule choices good ones?
We are on the DxDDP and we are staying at POR.

Supper: Bubba Gump Shrimp
Day 8: Universal Studios

So what do all the dining pros think? DH really wants to go to Fultons but with it not being on the Dining plan I am having too much of a hard time fitting it in
Edited to add:
Also are the restaurants open before morning Extra magic hours?
Thanks In advance!
