Can people actually see me??? And if people can see me, can they hear me???

I just had one of those days yesterday where it was like no one paid any attention to anything I did or said. You know when you have to repeat yourself and all your sentence start off with, "Remember, I told you this yesterday..." and no one has any idea what you're talking about and just gives you a blank look. I was just wondering how many people here actually know that I'm here???
