Am I going to regret my decision to change rooms?

I have the 7 for 5 deal with one night added to the beginning of my trip. I am staying at the CR with a tower room. I called this morning and got that one night at the beginning of my reservation upgraded for a better price then the regular tower room to a Tower Club room on the 12th floor. Since I have never stayed at this resort or have concierge service this is a treat for me. Great, Right??? Well now I am not so sure. It saved my $38 to upgrade to a better room but now I have some concerns.....

So I will have to change rooms . But I guess it's worth it. But is it that much of a pain to switch rooms? My whole thing was to arrive a day before my package deal starts and just hang out around the resort, relax , unpack etc. Now the unpacking thing is on hold till the next day. I wanted to start my next day there fresh and now I will have to move rooms when it is available and unpack then when I wanted a head start on things. Am I going to regret my decision to change the type of room I had? I know originally there was a chance I would have to switch rooms b/c I had 2 seperate reservations (one for the room only and the other for the package) but since it was the same room category I was hoping to not have to switch room. But now I know they will not keep me on the Tower Club if I have reservations for a regular tower room. What should I do or feel

Any comments, suggestions or anything to make me feel better

You could ask when you check in what it would cost to upgrade the entire trip to that floor. Often if they aren't superbooked one can upgrade at a minimal cost...and if so then perhaps you can make sure you will have the same room for the entire trip so you.

I thought of that too. But if it's like $60 extra night like I read on another message that would be over 400 dollars that I don't want to spend.

It's no biggie to change rooms! Enjoy yourself! Take out one day's of clothes and close your luggage back up. Most likely the hotels bellhops will move the luggage for free to your room if you have to change!

One way or another, it won't be the end of the world, don't let yourself worry about this. Have a great vacation
