Am I Going to Have a Problem With This?

Sorry for a stupid code question.

I called CRO today to price a trip from 11/23-12/1. I asked the CM if there were any AAA rates available at WL for either a standard room with bunk beds or a 1 bdrm. villa. The CM quoted me availability and prices on each.

She then asked me if my dates were flexible because there was a pin code attached to my name. I told her since the kids aren't in school (at the time of the trip they will be 4,3 and 6 months) my dates were indeed flexible. She said I could qualify for the 40% off code if we traveled from 11/11-11/19 and that I could book up to three rooms on that code. (She saw that when we traveled last October we had brought my parents with us.) So of course I said I'd travel the week before and booked two rooms.

I hadn't been on the DIS since before our October trip so I missed all this talk around here about the code. My question is since I have absolutely no idea what the pin code is (there is a very good possibility that I either deleted the email or threw the postcard out because we were not originally planning on going this year) am I going to have a hard time at check in or am I "safe" because it was "attached" to my name?

Just wondering what you guys think....

If CRO said you had a pin code, then you had the pin code. No hassels, no worries - you are fine.

Have a wonderful time. By the way, which did you book?

I booked the courtyard view room with the bunk beds for $1863.00. The one bedroom villa was $2538. My theory is that we are never in the room except to sleep. If DH changes his mind when he gets home I just want to be sure if I call to make a change on the reservation I'm not going to have a problem.
