I've been planning, and planning.....initial booking, changing to free dining plan while on the phone, tons of calls to WDW dining, changing of hotel/villa reservations at least 6 times :earseek: ....more calls to dining to add more people/ressies.....planning each and every day......

And more than 2 weeks to go, and NOTHING more to do!!! :bounce:

:cool1:

Take a look at my crazy, ridiculous, nutty Itinerary

Make sure you check out each of the tabs at the bottom!!

I drove my wife crazy working on all of this, and I think she is happy that I am finally done!

What am I supposed to work on for the next 2 1/2 weeks???????

Look's done, but after looking at all your info I feel like I have alot to go. Very impressive set up, hope you have a great time. I thought I was set for our trip on the 27th-2nd of Oct but I'm not so sure now.

Thant looks excellnt. I am a freak about planning myself - so I loved to see yours. My best friend tells me there is medication for these types of things !

But I don't want medication! I actually ENJOY doing the planning....please don't take that away from me!!! :teeth:

Do you think your transportation budget is enough? I'd add a buffer for increased fuel costs. I'm a planner too. Working on vacation plans is fun for me. It's actually a way to relax and I totally enjoy it. As they say, getting there is half the fun!

Wow is the first thing that came to mind. Did you do all the graphics and charts yourself? Very nice job.

Thanks...I got a spreadsheet from someone here that had much of the graphics and I built onto it. The Interary Page is my design, the pages for each day was my design and I modified some of the other pages to customize it for our trip.

Great job! I have sreadsheet envy.

I noticed on your tips to bring a cooler to use in the room but did you know that the BWV have little fridges? I've stayed there twice --you'll love it!!!!

We were originally planning on staying at ASMo for the week, so that is why I have that on there. I still have ASMo booked for 7 nights and have a friend staying at that room, while we use our DVC points for BWV.

Great job!!!! Nice chart by the way. I have planning my first trip to disney since January. We are going the last week in September, can't wait. Just last month I called for ressies because of the free dining plan that was offered during our stay- great job disney!!!!!!! Now I am anxiously waiting for my yellow DME luggage tags to come in the mail. We are down to 21 days and counting. I am very jittery because it seems my planning is over. I read these boards for more tips now and a great link to Disney.

Looks like mine! Except mine is in Outlook. It has park hours, ADR's and nap times on it. I have a spreadsheet detailing our meals each day (CS, TS, etc). I printed out the menus for all the restaurants we are going to, and menus for the CS restaurants so we can choose which one we want ahead of time. I also have a cheat sheet of notes for each park, with ADR #'s, what rides we want to go on, fastpass tips, park hours, where to get Dole Whips, where to stand for fireworks, etc.!

Next: Start packing!

:rotfl:

Your spreadsheet is great but you budgeted for only a 1 day park hopper for 2 adults and 2 children in your admission ticket section. I wanted to point that out so others planning don't look at the bottom line (total budgeted) and wonder why their cost is so much more.

I also love planning trips to WDW. At my last job my employer paid me to plan her trips there and I got to go along for free!!!

I leave tomorrow!! :cheer2:

Looks great!! I admire your ability to have hour long lunches...I just can't do it - I have a NYC mentality at WDW where I'm always on the go. Don't forget you need your bracelets for EMH and they're available starting 2 hours before the park closes(they do run out sometimes, even in Sept.) :)

Have fun!!!!

Yes, I only have 1 day pass because we have AP's. Just bought the single days to get the meal plan.

Looks incredible! I work in IT and I'm very impressed with the amount of detail. We went to WDW in mid-July for 6 days and my wife couldn't believe the amount of planning I did, using only a dry-erase board! After our trip she made several comments to me and to our friends how well everything worked out for us, mostly because of the planning.

Is there any way you'd consider sharing your form with others?

Have a great trip!

Johnny

I sometimes think I enjoy the planning the trip then actually taking the trip! Looks very similar to mine except I am an old fashion write it all down only kinda gal.

One question, On tues. 9/20 you have a 5:30 adr @ spoodles (boardwalk) to be followed by AK until 8pm. Will that be enough time to get in, seated, eat, then get over to AK in time to enoy the park? I don't mean to be a doubter, just curious if that will work well for you. Personally I would try to eat at RFC and save some time. But maybe that is just me. ;)

Enjoy your trip, Melissa

I'm not planning on going to AK on the 20th....if you look at the tab on the bottom for 09/20, you will see the exact plan for the day which doesn't include AK. I just put all of the EMH times on my Itinerary so that if we change anything during the trip, I have that info handy in case we want to utilize it.

Nice itinerary. It looks like you have everything planned. I hope you have a great trip. I cannot plan that much, the most I have planned before I go to WDW is a few ADRs and a list of all the new attractions. If I planned my trips that much I would go crazy. Sometimes I don't know what park I am going to until I wake up that day and decide in the shower.

Planning a trip to WDW is like planning a wedding. I love it. The planning is soooo much fun.
These trips cost so much money. I'm milking it for all it's worth!
I am so glad I have you guys to understand my WDW "issues."
