I ordered somework scrubs online on Aug 13, and provided a shipping address that is different from my billing address. Around Sept 1 I phoned to see why I hadnt recieved anything yet (website said clothes to be shipped in 2-3 business days). At that time I was told that 2 tops were on backorder and that was holding up the order. At that time I requested that they cancel the other two tops and send what they had. I was told I was all set and the backorderd items were cancelled.

When I got the clothing on Sept 20, I ended up returning almost everything, the tops & bottoms (although the same color) did not match. I am still waiting for a refund, which I was told takes about 60 days.

Now here is the best part, the two backordered items were *not* cancelled. My realtor sent me an email telling me that there were two packages on the steps of my empty home several states away. So they sent them to my BILLING address and now there is no way I can retrieve them or return them unless I totally incovienace a family member to go get them and even if they do, I am not sure I will make the 30 day return policy, take them to the post office etc etc. And my idiot realtor didnt think to take them inside (are you kidding?)

So I am not getting a refund on those two tops that I cancelled and *I* have to pay for shipping to return them even though it was their mistake. I am so annoyed!!!!!!!!

Guess Ill have to dispute it on my credit card. I am just so annoyed they can't waive the return shipping after all the hassle they have caused me. They said they had no way to do that. grrrrrrrrrrrrr

I'd be mad too. Nothing more frustrating than paying return shipping on something that was their fault anyway. I wouldn't do anymore business with them.

Wow - what a horrible display of customer service! I'm guessing this isn't a very big company, especially if they can afford to treat their customers this way.

Although I highly doubt you'll ever do business with this company again, in the future if you cancel even a part of your order you should either get an e-mail or a cancellation code. I'm guess that didn't happen (which is another reason I'm guessing it is a small company).

That is complete BS! Unless something changed for the worse since I worked in an office we most certainly had a way of shipping things and charge the receiver for it - at least through UPS we did. Also I order a lot online and have had shipping labels e-mailed to me so I'm not buying they can't do it I think they're just too lazy to figure it out.

I agree you should dispute the charge because bottom line you didn't receive the items. Your online order receipt should confirm the shipping address and even if they can track the shipment and confirm delivery it would also prove that it was sent to the wrong address. You shouldn't have to pay for an error they made especially since you don't even have the items - its their error, their loss, and they should pay for it!

I am just out the money, can't return them without causing a hassle for someone else in my fam having to go get them and go to the post office . I will never do business with them again! I have also spent the last few mintues leaving reviews everywhere online I could find a place, so I feel a little better. Their reviews are all poor anyway, but if it saves one person a hassle it is worth it.

I just can't spend anymore time on the phone with them. They just keep putting me on hold & passing me back & forth. I give up!

tell us who it is so we don't order from them too :)

did it come regular usps mail? if so could the realtor write "not at this address" on the box and return to sender for you?
leave it out for the mailman to take?
or ups will pick up and you don't have to be there at all, you could arrange it all by phone, the company should arrange this for you since it is their fault.
ups can bring a return label to put on the box.

I had to do this over the summer with something I ordered from sears.com, they sent the total wrong thing, I called them and they arranged ups to pick it up and bring a label since there was no return label with the order.
good luck with it.
