Last night I told DH that a good friend of mine is trying to get to DL when we are going, his response was, " too bad you have planned this trip down to bathroom breaks , you won't have any time to see her" :rotfl: . By the way I have not planned the bathroom breaks.............YET!

Some people, esp men! (present company excluded of course LOL), don't get that planning can be a good thing! ;) I know if I had not learned so much about DL here that we would waste a lot of time and not see some great stuff.
Planning just optimizes the experience!

I do not believe there is such a thing as overplanning - just don't ask my DH - he might disagree with you!!! Besides, there will be plenty of time to see her while waiting in line, in the next stall during the scheduled bathroom break, running to get the next FP - you will be fine!!! Have a great trip!!!

My DH has accused me of being an overplanner, too!! I know when we're getting up, how long it takes to get to the park from the hotel, what rides we're going on first, where we're eating when...I'm not an overplanner!! I'm just too darn excited and planning is a good outlet! :)

He-he....14 more days! :yay:

DH and I were laughing about this just last night...he stated I had everything planned to the point I knew if we were going to a specific place I knew which coupons would save us some $$. We are going again this October but are going to drive as we have a wedding in N.California first and I can't go to California without seeing the mouse...so I'm already in the planning stages and I just need him to tell me what route he plans to drive so I can start looking at hotels in the area what to do along the way....he said maybe this weekend he will sit down with me and the map...then he'll leave me alone to be the happy planner that I am:goodvibes

You know we almost made this trip a surprise for the kids, DH said its better we didn't because he would have to hear all the plans , at least I have the kids to go over the plans with!

This is me exactly!!! I drive my DH nuts with all the reservations I make. But if I don't make them we don't get to eat at our favorite restaurants.

We will also be there in 14 days, can't wait, this time in two weeks we should be in the parks already. :woohoo:

Count me in as an overplanner - and darn proud! I have so many pages of planning notes & reservations they'd probably stretch around the world twice if laid out side by side! :rotfl2: What can I say? I like to maximize my time and my savings! :teeth:

I am an overplanner AND I have a hard time making up my mind. We originally were going to stay at Homewood Suites, THEN I made ressies at Candy Cane Inn, THEN we changed our minds and decided to stay at Tropicana so we are closer. AND I had to change the dates of ressies due to snow days.

I am also thinking about using Ridemax as I know the parks will be busy while we are there. But I haven't made the commitment yet because I am afraid of overplanning. :rotfl2:

jemilah, I do not think you are an overplanner at all. Besides as Dizzyami suggested there will be plenty of time during lines and bathroom breaks to chit chat.

Dont get me started again on planning bathroom breaks. UHHH DH and his coffee......
