Am I allowed?

I was thinking of posting some pictures I was thinking of submitting to our state fair. Can I set polls up for people to vote which one is their favorite in each category I was thinking of entering? Would you be willing to help me decide?

Just submit all of them. You really never know how the judges are going to vote so just submit what you like. That's been my experience, anyway.
