Am I allowed to change my reservation?

I've booked the first week of June, taking advantage of the buy 3 get 3 free offer. (Now I see there is a better offer with 30% off and free Halfboard)

Now I'm considering switching it to mid September. The price for June and September are the same (same deal being offered).

I know the current offer expires Feb. 24. Will a new offer come out on the 25th?

And is it likely that it will be the 30%off with free halfboard in September?

And finally, are there penalty fees for changing dates?

No fees for that. But it depends on CM if you are allowed to change. Basically, you'd have to cancel current booking and make a new one, so you would loose some money according to their cancellation policy. You could call and ask.

according to the terms and condtions of a DLP booking, a change of dates is an exchange of package, and therefore if its the same price (or higher than what your booking is already) you shouldn't be charged any fees, either amendment or cancellations.
