I know Disney World does it, not sure of US/IOA. Be cool for hubby if Spiderman gives you a wake up call.

Yes, they do it Universal Resorts as well. There is a button on your room phone that you press and you are able to choose what character you want to call - it's all automated. There were 4 or 5 characters you could choose from. We were there in January and I can't remember if Shrek was an option or not - but I'm thinking not. I do remember Betty Boop and Spiderman were options.

I am not sure about shrek, but at the HRH you can have rock stars call and give you a wake up call. I always do this for DH. lol.

I think your options are a little different with each hotel. I have used Cat in the Hat and Spiderman before at RPR. I know I had a rock star call at Hard Rock but can't remember all of the choices.

Sometimes I put in the wake up call for about ten minutes later and pretend I'm busy getting ready and can't answer the phone. My husband then answers the phone and there is a cartoon character.

all 3 hotels have it.

at hrh, you can have a musician or character call for the wake up message.


star service is a feature at all the hotels.
if you have questions, use them for help.

the button on the phone will state star service.

I'm pretty sure that all the hotels are the same. Except HRH, i believe a rockstar can wake you up, but they might have the characters as well. Spidey is the way to go, I am a huge spidey fan.
