am back.. photopass issues

where are all my photos !!

i have added all our cards and there are so many photos missing !! only our 1st 2 days of photos seem to be on the card !!

when did you activate your photopass (1st picture) ?
was it before september 4th ? were all the pictures you can now see all taken before or on the 4th of september, and the rest after that date ?

Photopass has a new site, and if you've taken your 1st picture before sept 4th it's on the old site : http://www.disneyphotopass.com/default.aspx
pictures taken after sept 4th might be on the new site https://mydisneyphotopass.disney.go.com/mymedia/
if you were on the regular photopass and used several photopass cards, it's very likely that your pics are scattered across the sites

check both sites to see if your pictures have not been scattered across both sites.
if it's the case and you can't get all of your pictures on one site, you'll probably need to contact disney

but first check both sites, and try to enter your photopass IDs on both sites.

we were there picked up our card on the 23rd aug and were in disney until the 5th sept , i will go look on the other page i did think it was strange i had loads of trouble logging in to the original site it kept saying my password was incorrect i had to get them to send me a new password

will my voucher i pre paid for photopass plus work on both versions or do i need to be on a certain one ? i have been sat here most of the day adding borders etc

I've had the same trouble but the only pics we had missing were the character breakfasts. We stayed 25 aug - 8 sept so used the old site (as it said to if check in was before 4th sept). Despite trying to find them using the PP+ code and the EVNT codes from the receipts I still couldn't find them. However I've now just tried the new site and they're all there. Mm so much for before the 4th sept!). The new site feels much easier to use and organise, showing photo's by park or resort, however when I clicked on 'download' it only brought in 16 and I have more than that.

Haven't gotten around to customising them yet so haven't tried to order the cd yet.

We also had some photos missing, but we also had photos of other guests on our Photopass. I've used Photopass several times and have never had any issues up until now. I don't know what the deal is, but the website is very glitchy and it's taken me a lot longer to put borders on etc.than it has done before!

well i have found more than the first few days but still seems loads missing

incredibles character meet
no dining pack photos
tower of terror ride photos and princess sofia character meet

are the ones i can identify missing already , its not a huge issue the character meets as dp was taking photos aswell but really want the ride photos

the new web site only had photos dated from 29th aug ? but it did give me a option to add borders on all the photos available where as the old website seems to only give the border option on a select few images

i do a few pictures that are not mine also some little girls meeting phineas and ferb plus a boy in blizzard beach

I do not believe the database of photos was linked up much prior to that so I would use the old site.

The old site is buggy. You will be able add borders to all photos but it might require you to refresh the page or log out and back in.

On the old site go to the help section and under one if the topics is a link for missing photos. Use that form and they will trace the lost photos. I have never had them not find them.

I travelled on 25th Aug and started our PP+ the next day 26th, but my missing photos (and all the others) were on the new site and not the old site. It took me days to find the missing ones as I hadn't checked the new site because it said it was only for accounts started after 4th Sept. I'm really confused now!
