Always take a photo in the same spot?

Looking through some photos today I realized that I have taken photos of my DDs in the same spot every year since we first got our APs. It wasn't planned, but I wish I would have. I could have made them pose the same way each time. Then I could have had a neat age progression set to frame. (Although I think I will frame these anyway). :)

Has anyone else done this?
Have any good ideas what to do with it?

That is definitely a very cool place to take pictures, I love that spot. My kids and I didn't start going until they were already teens, so not an option for me, but it's a great idea.

Funny. I just noticed that DD(now 12) is wearing the same shirt in 2 of the pictures. She is going to hate that...haha.

We take a picture of the kids on the steps of the treehouse each time. I love the pictures! I put them in my Pre-Trip Report here on page 10.

It's fun to have Disney traditions. ::yes::

Thanks for sharing. Love the pictures of you as a little girl. My Mother-in-law has pictures of my DH like those. I hope to have lots to pass on to my girls. :)

Does anyone know the name of this fountain?

My first visit was the summer Toon Town opened, and my [now] husband and I took pictures at the organ in Mickeys house. We have taken pictures there every trip since. My plan is to eventually put them all together so you can watch us grow up & build a family, all in Mickeys house. It began as a happy coincidence, but its now a firm tradition.

That's awesome!

We always have a CM take our picture in front of the partners statue.

Lana, I think the fountain is called "Cosmic Waves".

I wasn't sure if that was the name of the ball or the "dancing" fountains that use to be there.

My family always takes a goofy pic in side Muppet vision while you wait to go into the theater with the smashed wall prop but there's always a different group of us there so they aren't quite as neat as yours :-)

Thank you. Mine have been accidental. I imagine if I ask my family for a goofy pic somewhere it won't be something I could post publicly. They are a pretty goofy lot. ;)

DD6 always gets her photo taken hugging one of the magic brooms from Fantasia in Mickey's house.

Lol, some people like to call it the ball of germs :rotfl2:

DBF and I have to take 4 pictures each trip: SBC, Carthay, Partners and Storytellers

Yes. I've heard that before and it really didn't make since to me considering how much chlorine is in it. You can smell it on the kids after they play in it.

The gas pumps in Condor Flats is our 'go to' place. It's nice as you can measure against the pumps in the photos how the kids have grown over the years (if they are not slouching.)

Every visit since my DD was 16 months old we get a picture of her in front of the Rivers of America either in front of the Mark Twin or Columbia (depending which one is out). It is usually first thing in the morning when no one else is around. We now how 12 such photos!

I took a new one today to add to my collection.

My girls are getting so tall.

Found a new good spot, too.
