Just a word of warning to everyone out there, NEVER lose your receipt for your luggage that you receive from bell services. Especially at the Wilderness Lodge. During our trip last week we spent a whole day shopping at DD, we bought so much that I had to buy a huge suitcase to put it all in so we could get it all home. We left directly from DD to go to the WL for dinner at Artists Point (we were staying at the Poly). I did not want to haul that suitcase around the WL so I checked it with bell services. After dinner I went back to get the suitcase and bell services told me it was gone, that someone else had picked it up. 
I was fuming!! I still had my bell services receipt and there was over 500 bucks worth of junk in that suitcase. The bell services manager as well the resort manager got involved but no one could tell me how they gave the bag away without a claim ticket. I could not even prove what was in the bag because all of my receipts were in the bag. There was a happy ending though, the day after we arrived home the WL manager called and they had found the bag, they shipped it to me and everything was still inside. They never could explain where it disappeared to though.
