We were on the Wish this past November and were not happy about how crowded (close together) the tables in the MDR's were as compared to the other Disney ships. I know this is actually a thing because our Head Server told us in a conversation that the wait staff has actually complained to Disney because of the wait staff difficulty in moving between tables. The closeness of the tables made us a little uncomfortable. We are scheduled for another cruise on the Wish next September and are planning to avoid the MDR's.
DCL website says the Marceline Market is available for dinner. Has this been your experience? I have read on the boards that Cabanas is not open for dinner.
From the website:
Dinner
Experience table-service dining at dinnertime, with entrees cooked to order. In place of your scheduled Main Dining restaurant, savor a delectable meal under the stars while basking in the night breezes—or enjoy a more subdued setting inside the restaurant with sweeping ocean views.
I assume the Festival of Foods is open during dinner.
How is room service? We have never used room service. Does it generally take a long time from calling room service to getting your food?
