Can anyone point out airports other than MCO within 1 1/2 hrs. drive of WDW? Are any of these served by the 'TownCar' services? I'd usually pay the price to save time and aggravation, but I'm toting a party of 8 next trip and airfare is higher than I'm used to seeing in my neck of the woods. We're not leaving until 2/27/04 so I've got time to do some comparison shopping. Any $$ saving tips would be appreciated.

Tampa is easy. I don't know if it would be less $$. If you can't get a town car service, renting 2 cars and returning them to the swan/dolphin might be an affordable option. Is it Alamo that has a desk there?

Sanford is well within striking distance. We had considered flying in there when there used to be service on Pan Am from Gary, Indiana to Orlando. I asked Happy Limo if they service Sanford, and they said yes. Unfortunately, Pan Am discontinued their service before we could try it out.

Melbourne Fl MLB is a little over an hour to the gates. Delta/Delta Connection Regional Jet Service is about your only choice nowadays into and out of MLB. Fares will be higher than almost identical flights on Delta into MCO.
