Alternative to Lime Green Ribbon

I was in my local Home Depot and they didn't have any lime green. I asked the paint guy and he said that for some reason that color disappeared fast and was waiting to get more in! I guess there are more Dis'ers in my area than I realized! Annmarie

PS - Anniet - did you take all of the lime green mickey ears from the Rockland HD?

We have been noticed more with BadShoe.com polo shirts than ribbons but then ZW is what is the name of that color... oh yeah Alien Green! LOL

I was at Home Depot today (to get plants for the garden) and strolled by the paint section. All of the Alien Green mickey head samples were gone, but I did find the Sonic Boom ones.

If you can't find them locally, give me a PM and I will mail a couple to you. Got to share the GREEN!

I also found them at our HD and brought extras to share with the group at the Chicago DIS meet today. Not sure I'm crafty enough to make them into a pin but I'll see if I can get some help from my crafty friends.

went with lcmtam86 to our Home Depot yesterday
DH had stopped by last week and managed to get some of the alien green mickey heads. Yesterday all they had left (before I got there) was sonic boom. Home Depot most likely wont be putting any more alien green mickey heads out if they figured out what we're doing with them.

Hello all!! I realize this thread is about a month old but I have been doing a lot of research and reading alot of older posts and came across this one I have been reading these boards for about a month now, planning and budgeting our next trip! 10 days to go I must say I've learned so much and everyone is so kind here I was just wondering if I would be eligible to wear the lime green ribbon? I've just started posting but I have a feeling this board will be my new home I would love to run into any fellow disers! What are the chances of running into someone else w/ a lime green ribbon at WDW?

I will be wearing my lime green Mickey Ears. I have attached it to my DVC backpack and will also put one on my new hat. DS and DH think I'm nuts!! I hope to meet some of you at WDW next week. Annmarie
