in the past we've been with a large group with more than 1 child. That being said they automatically brought out kid's items and they could eat both the buffet meal and the kid choices. If there's only one child, will that be an option or do we need to choose one? I'm sure our daughter will pick what we're having but just in case I don't want to end up using a table service credit on mac n cheese.
Even when they choose the kids option they can still have some of what is served family style. Some of mine will eat the salad, some go for the wings, and they all love the dessert!
If you choose to order the alternative kids menu, is it all you can eat for the kids? The reason I ask is because I will have a 4 and a 2 year old with us, and we usually wouldn't pay for the 2 year old at buffet/family style restaurants; he would just pick off his sister's plate.
Also, do they have different dessert options for the kids?
