Alternate to Dalee?

This question is for those of you that use post bound, top loading albums. I've tried a variety of options ranging from Mrs. Grossman's, Generations and Pioneer. I've now done several books using Dalee. I really like the 3 post configuration as compared to the 2 post of most.

Now I find out that my two local LSS are discontinuing this brand because they are "more expensive" than some of the other options. They are on a par with Creative Memories in my opinion. The quality is high in the album cover itself and as I said they do 3 posts rather than 2. Anyone know of a reliable source for these albums? Or I'd consider an alternative if it were comparable. So far none of the options being carried are comparable. And Dalee's site doesn't sell direct.

I know you can order Dalee albums online. I *think* they carry them at www.dmarie.com and www.my-memories.net

If you're interested in checking out other brands, have you ever looked into the Close to My Heart albums? We sold Dalee at the LSS I worked at (*love* their page protectors!) and I would definitely say the albums (and page protectors) are on par with Dalee. They're top-loading with 3 posts and really nice quality. They come in either leather ($49.95) or faux leather ($39.95). I was always a Creative Memories girl but really fell in love with these albums (they hold a ton of pages and are true 12x12) and am now a CTMH consultant to pay for my goodies.

CTMH only sells through consultants, but they will ship products directly to customers as opposed to making you physically visit a consultant. If you want to take a look at the albums, the website is www.closetomyheart.com

I took a look at the link and those albums look great. Do they only come in the leather/faux leather? Also what colors - I may have missed that on the site but didn't see a color list.

One of the things I like about the Dalee was the variety of covers. For instance I used the olive green linen for DS's Boy Scout book and was going to transfer his football pages to their new Sports cover album - reserving the navy blue for his middle school/high school pages, etc.

I noticed you're in Michigan also - mind sharing where? PM is fine on that if so. If you're close I might be able to take a physical look!
