I finally tackled my first altered clipboard. It was really fun! Now I am addicted. Between the paint cans, paper bag album and now clipboards, I am afraid I will never get back to scrapping! Well, the front does look a little differnet now. I used mod podge to seal it and when the paper started to bubble, I used my bryaer to smooth them out. Since this was my first time using mod podge I didn't realize it was also glue. (I guess I should have read the instructions first! ) Anyway, the yellow M stuck to my brayer. So now the M is white with some distressing ink on it. It still looks good, but I can't deciede if I should put the yellow M back on. My husband says it looks fine, but I don't think he knew what it looked like in the first place! If I think about it tomorrow, I will post a picture of what it looks like now. Boy, this turned out to be a much longer post than what I was planning! :p

I was admiring this on 2peas! I was wondering how you stuck everything down to start with! I just bought a small clipboard to make up a little autograph kit for my niece (she wants to use 4x6 sheets to include in her 'big" scrapbook for autographs.) I wanted to make the clipboard a little more "Disney: looking, and you posted! Thanks for the inspiration! I'm just not sure on the best way to do it! The clipboard I bought is just a cheapie one from the dollar store made out of that dark brown pressed paper/wood looking stuff.

Wow. That looks Great. Did you use just normal paper or something special?

This is absolutely adorable. Is there a special purpose for this other than a really cute clipboard?
