Well found a disney forum now. We(my wife and son 9yr old) took our first cruise last yr and had a great time and are going for our next later in this summer out of Orlando and are planning on spending only a 2 days at the park there too(first time there also.)

We are looking for information from others on what parts of disneyworld, etc we should see/do /eat example: wild kingdom park or other sections od disneyworld or outside the park the other attractions in the area with our limited time this round.

We are also looking for info or reviews on the excursions in Castaway cay ,st martins or st Thomas/st Johns from someone that been there

Please and thanks

to the boards!!!!

2 days......hummmmmmmmmmmm.........

That might be tough, WDW is alot to get in 2 days, I would say hit the magic kingdom and DHS.............Whatever you do have FUN!!

Hi and welcome!!!

There's so much there, it's hard to narrow it down :)

Take a look at the meal plan. For $90 per day, the 3 of you can enjoy a table service meal, a counter service meal and a snack, and not worry about food-- kind of an extension of the all-inclusive cruise. Some of those meals can be character meals, so your son can meet the characters at Chef Mickey's or at any of several other choices. Or you can eat in a huge aquarium in Epcot-- a huge array of choices.

As to the parks...hmmmm

The Magic Kingdom is a MUST. It's what so many people think of when they say "Disney." If your son is a roller coaster fan, though, know that Space Mountain is down for repairs for a good part of the remainder of the year. Splash and Thunder Mountains should be up and running.

My husband LOVES Animal Kingdom... my kids were only so-so on it.

I think my second choice would be EPCOT. There's something there for everyone. Thrill rides, calm rides, great food, a huge selection of things to do, and an amazing evening fireworks spectacular, Illuminations.
