This was our second trip to the World and had a great time!
Here are some things I noticed and things I learned on this second trip.
1 You do not have to have the park hopper.......but I won't go without it again. We had it our first trip and only used it once, had I gotten it this tirp, I would have used it about 3 different times. Would have made some things easier. Mainly because with the free dining, I was not able to get the exact times and restraunts that I wanted but was locked into certain parks because of the dining reservation I had that day.
For example, Monday the 30 was busy at MK but we had ressies for Tony's Town Square..........If I had the park hopper, I would have left and come back for dinner.
2 To me it seems the food has gone a bit downhill.........especially Crystal Palace. We loved it our first trip, was our favorite actually. This time, not impressed at all. Our favorite place this time around was Yak and Yetti. The server was awesome along with the food. Another we enjoyed was 1900 Park Fare. Not because of the food, it was just ok, but the Mad Hatter and Alice were great! Best Character interaction we had all week.
3 Even on slow days Toy Story Mania still will run out of FP's as does Soarin' Thankfuly we had ours early.
4 Test Track in the rain if pretty cool!
5 The 80's building at POP Century is about as far away from the Lobby as you can possibly get! But, it is very quiet
6 Having your own car is pretty nice, much faster to get places, except for MK.
7 Take your time at Animal Kingdom, there is much more to see than you might think. Matter of fact, take time everywhere, there is so much that you miss when you hurry.
8 When they say "no flash photograhy" there is a reason..........it ruins the ride/show..........don't do it. Someone took a pic on the Nemo ride and the flash made the robotics working the glow fish show up.
9 No matter how early you get your spot for parade or rope drop, someone will shove past you or in front of you. I'm still suprised at the number of adults that shove past my kids to get in front of them.
10 Fantasmic is awesome!! Even if you have to stand for it as we did. I'm so glad we did it. However, now that I've done it, we won't be making a huge effort to do it again. That many people trying to exit at only one exit makes me nervous.
