I am trying to plan my third trip in 3 years to the Nick hotel. When I called and asked for the discount given to previous customers I was told I needed a code. A code that was supposed to be given to me last visit. I was given no such code thus no discount. Anyone else need a special password??
Also, the rates quoted me on the phone were $50 higher than thru their website. I hate that they are charging so much now. I used to feel like I was getting a good value for my money, but man if it weren't for those pools...
