Who's already started shopping for Christmas????? :goodvibes I must admit to a little shopping here and there :guilty: :teeth:

I haven't done it yet, but I have thought of some things for the boys and I have started making a tally in my mind of where the good stocking stuffers are.................

I definitely started buying the day after Christmas! I picked up some oversized mugs that I can fill with smaller gifts for my DBF's family. And at the recent Bath & Body Works sale I bought things to put in them, along with a bunch of stuff for my mom and sister in law!

:cool1:

I "AM" done it.... yep, finished..... with the exception of stocking stuffers.

I haven't physically bought anything, but I have definitly thought about it ::yes::. When I do come across a good X-Mas gift, I won't hesitate to buy it :sad2:

Me too, got some stuff in my closet. I learned my lesson a few years ago and don't wrap it until I am closer to the holiday. I once wrapped as I bought and forgot what I had bought and got a few doubles.
I bought alot already for my 10 month old grandson but I wound up giving the stuff to him already. He is already playing with both his birthday and christmas gifts. Guess I have to look for more sales. Peggie

I am about 75 % done. :teeth: Not wrapped but being nervous really helps get me motivated. I have redone most of the house ina the last week and a half too. (I did already have christmas started before last week but got a lot done in the last week.)

:rolleyes1

Yep, we'll be done and they'll all be wrapped on Halloween. No kiddies in the neighborhood. It's too depressing otherwise :guilty:

I started in january. I buy a few things here & there all year when i find them on sale.

I have about half my shopping done.... whenever I find a good deal, I pick it up and put it away. That way it's not a shock when it gets to the holiday season.

A couple of books that we've seen in passing for various readers in our family.

I don't even want to think about it. :rolleyes1 But thanks for reminding me, we probably need to draw names soon.

I actually bought gifts for kids at Universal (cat in the hat stuff) and I found a couple pf pottery rice bowls so far. I want to be done by oct 1st!

Me! I pick stuff up anytime I'm shopping if think they'd like it. Always keeping Christmas/Birthdays in mind. :)

I still have stuff left over from last year that I ended up not giving the kids... I started too early and WAY overbought. As usual. They still have things from last Xmas that are new in the box!! I was eyeballing the 75% off stuff at Target the other day. I wonder if anything's left now that I've gotten paid??

Last year I started shopping for my daughter in September and swore I would never do it again b/c I just kept buying as it got closer to December. Well, I was out Friday and saw things she wanted and went back out yesterday and now she is just about done!

I found the Dora and Diego things she wants as well as some dancing Barbie thing. Does anyone remember Baby Alive? I haven't seen it and Target had one yesterday so of course I picked it up. Is this doll any good? Does she really work? I don't want another Amazing Amanda fiasco like we had this past Christmas. Amanda stunk! We went thru 2 of them and neither of them worked. Now they have Amazing Allyison, Amanda's older sister.

Well, I say she's done but I'll probably end up doing what I did last year which is keep shopping! :teeth:

Me. I start about April. As the year goes along and family members mention things they would like to have I write it down. then I ebay or look for sales.
That way the pocketbook doesnt get hit so hard in December and Im not fighting crowds.

Me! I bought DS a leather coat. It was on sale and he had said he wanted one before.
