Has anyone used alpharooms.com/any experiences good or bad? I'm getting a great rate on a hotel on that site...wondering if it's "too good to be true"?

I have posted numerous times about Alpahrooms.com, other Disboarder's have used them no problems. They are based about 20 miles away from me in UK. I have used them a few times, Both last Oct and this Oct For HoJo opp Disneyland $75/night incl and this August for Courtyard by Marriott LBV at $50/night incl. They have fantastic prices sometimes.
If its a while before you travel then you only pay a deposit, their rates include tax and service fees. You can book in £UK or $US, Last time I checked £UK were even better rates than $US
