alpha capsule? breakfast?

Okay, first, what is an alpha capsule??

Second question...Where is the best place to eat breakfast? I does the menu/selection change daily like dinner? Along the same lines, does the lunch menu change?

The alpha capsule is supposed to stimulate alpha waves and give you a good rest. Personally, I'd opt for a massage or the Rainforest. I did the alpha capsule once and wasn't really impressed.
The breakfast menus do change daily. I have them on my website at www.castawayclub.com
At Triton's on the Wonder, in addition to the menu items, they have a daily special French Toast (not the one on the menu). There is also a skillet that changes daily.

Barb and I are usually on the same wavelength....but...I love the capsule.

I find it quiet and peaceful and no one is calling MOMMIE, HONEY, PHYLLIS find me this, where is this, whats for dinner,
what time is rehearsal, where's the dog, I need help with my
homework, engine 6,3,2 is broken down(I work for the fire department), where are the keys to car so and so......etc, etc......

Of course...massages are nice too......but in the capsule you just lay there and let this machine massage you and nice music is played.....I also like the fact that you can turn the temperature
up or down...I don't like heat....so I keep it cool.

I'm sure whatever treatments you choose...you will love.

I'm another fan of the alpha capsule. Maybe because I haven't gotten into spa treatments since you spend most of this one alone I like it

I did feel really nice and refeshed after it. It was a great way to start my cruise!

I really didn't like the alpha capsule. One thing that bothered me was that I could hear the basketballs bouncing overhead, so I didn't really feel relaxed during or after. Not worth the $40 plus tip for 25 minutes.

Personally, I'm going for the rainforest. For $50 for unlimited use for a week, I think this is a better deal.

Another vote for the capsule. I'm in a wheelchair & my muscles are tense & it helps me relax!!
