Almost that time....When does school start where you live??

July 28th... hes only been since the 2nd anyway so it isnt a huge break right now. Ask me in October when he has 4 1/2 weeks off


The girls start August 28th so Ive still got a bit of time left there.

I wish they were all in year round though it would make holidays so much easier!

My DD starts school on the 27th of August. I hate it! It seems like she just got out for God sakes.

August 26th here. My first-born goes into Kindergarten this year and I think I'm freaking out!!!

Public schools here start on Sept 4th. DD starts pre-k on 9/2. It's interesting to see how many areas of the country start back before Labor Day. I never realized that before.

Our kids go back on August 20th and get out the Friday before Memorial Day! It is a mess here because each school district can determine their own start/end date, holidays, etc, as long as the kids are in school x number of days.

August 26. Oldest dd goes into 2nd grade and youngest starts kindergarten. I bought all of the school supplies last week. The only thing that I need to buy yet are wipes for each classroom. l I need to buy them each a new pair of tennis shoes and some socks and they are set. Youngest dd is so excited about going to kindergarten that she wants to make a paper chain to count the days.

And after this week I only have 3 more weeks to pay for summer camp for the oldest! Woohoo!

DD starts Kindergarten August 25th, four days after she comes back from Disney. Poor thing, she's going to be worn out.

August 11th here. This summer has been so rainy the kids have not been able to enjoy it. Hope the rest of the summer is much better for them.

August 25Th here in Cincy my oldest dd is a seniorthis year and then my others dd is in 4th and my oldest ds is in 5th and my baby is going in 1st grade all day! it's going to be sad.
