Almost Done First Contract

Almost finished my first contract. We went resale at the Boardwalk 200 points and we are just super excited! The process went REALLY smooth compared to some of the threads i have been reading. I just wanted to let others know that it can go quick and easy. Not saying it wasn't a bit stressful hoping everything turned out ok but we got pretty lucky!

Got my member # from Disney: 2/5/18
Points in my account: ??

Called Today, 2/5/18, they told me my member number was just set up today so i needed to call tomorrow to get my online activation code. Also said i should have my points available hopefully by Wed. So glad we decided to join!

Congratulations. Yes terrific timeline. We were close to 3 months last Apr-Jul. no issues with seller etc just slow.

thanks! yes, I think we got super lucky with the seller. When i looked up his name on the occ website it had 86 notices and deeds. Sales and purchases all over the places. Dont think it was his first rodeo. lol
