Very strcit, but our experience has only been with Disneyland. Dd loves ToT and it is oner of her favroite rides. She was 44", but they would still measure her when entering the line. It was so funny because she'd definitely pass the line with a few inches to spare. We rode it back to back once and again she was singled out when entering the line to be measured. We had just gone through the line about 15 minutes before. And it was the exact same CM as before.
Dd is now 47 1/2 inches tall. We have 2 1/2 months before our trip to WDW. We've been feeding her tall glasses (12oz)of milk during each meal(3X a day). (Prior to this, we were lucky if she'd finish an 8oz glass of milk a day.) I think it's working.
Were you carrying her on TOT? If you carry a kid, they will generally measure them. Happened to use on TOT with my son. I *told* him "if I pick you up they will measure you, and you know they sometimes mess up with a second measurement" (last Sept on Star Tours he failed the second measurement b/c he slouched) but he wanted to see what he couldn't see, and yep, they measured him. It was fine, though.
About the milk, you might want to look at the realities of dairy and calcium...that much milk probably isn't doing her much real good, as digesting that protein takes more calcium from the body than they add to the milk. It's why osteoporosis is so prevalent in dairy-consuming countries...we're all at calcium deficits.
And it was the exact same CM as before.
