Allstar Vacation Homes

We will be staying at AllStar Vacations homes for our upcoming trip to Disney...we need to purchase tickets for the parks and rent a crib for our toddler. I noticed that on the ASVH website that they offer these services and I was wondering if anyone has used them directly and how their experience was. I know that I can do this myself...just weighing the pros and cons. Thanks all!
