Allocating points for a waitlist reservation

I just waitlisted a reservation online. I saw the option to allow MS to borrow points for the reservation, and selected my BWV contract. However, we have some points in holding and would want those to be used first. Is there a way to specify that?

Not until you are 60 days out.

We are. Check in would be April 15. We are doing universal this trip but would do a couple Disney nights if a waitlist comes through. Otherwise those points are just going to expire so we figure it's worth a shot.

Call or send an e-mail. I called yesterday when I realized I recently borrowed and used points from a contact that I had indicated were to be used for a waitlist. The CM was able to change things for me.

Thanks. I sent an email this morning. It's not that many points, but I hate to see any go to waste!
