Hello all,
I am justing kinda jumping in here and starting my own food and exercise journal. I have been eating healthy for over a month now and have lost 6 pounds! Yay me!!
And I am trying to immerse myself into a healthier lifestyle and I guess everything I can do will help.
Here's my bio:
I am 27 years old, my husband Russell and I have been married 5 years this July, we have one daughter, Keilani who just turned 3 in March. We live in Florida (30 minutes east of Disney World!) and try visit often. I have spent the past 6 years gaining 70 pounds and I am finally ready to lose it once and for all!!!
Food Journal day 1:
breakfast: Kashi GoLean cereal with 2%milk and strawberries
Lunch: Chinese steamed chicken & vegetables with sauce on the side and white rice
Dinner: Savory Lemon chicken, plain egg noodles & cauliflower
dessert: sugar free jell-o with fat free coolwhip
Snack: 2 Snackwells Blackforest cookies
Exercise:
Inner and outer thigh lifts in the morning.
