would have the most variety of meats other than chicken?

My DH is allergic to chicken (NOT all poultry - just chicken), so I really need to find some restaurants that have a variety of other meats to choose from.

The restaurant that immediately comes to mind is Ohana's.

It really sin't an issue having allergies at WDW. DD has MULTIPLE allergies. When you make your ADRs have the allergy noted in the reservation. Yoou will receive a phone number to the kitchen. 10 days before the trip call and speak ith a chef. They will arrange a menu that works for you. Just let your server know as well.

This was my immediate thought as well. If it's just a problem with chicken "meat" so to speak, then you shouldn't have issues anywhere. If he's allergic to stock or broth, then you'll have to be a little more careful and perhaps call ahead to advise your sitdown restaurants of the concern.
