allergy sufferers

all the green stuff in Disney started me with my allergies and then Maine bloomed fast.....we have the most beautiful lilacs this year.....the double french purple and double whites are just gorgeous.....they are so heavy that they lean over to the ground....our cherry trees and pear trees are already done blooming and ready for the first brown rot spraying.......the pollen is very high and allergies are worse this spring then before......so if you are on MEDS .....do it now.....start taking them before you get to my point of being yucked.....
oh yah......we did all the same color petunias this year instead of mult......I was having a stress day and hubby decided that all the same color was what I WANTED....hahaha.....he was very smart that day.......I love the dark purple next to the grey vinyl siding....stands out ......wow......

Funny how the allergy sufferers are the gardeners too. We're all miserable. Between the trees and grass I won't see relief until October...sniff sniff.

Good choice for DH. Dark purple against the grey sounds good.

Nice choice on the purple Marie! I have all purple here too. I have solid purple and a lighter purple with a dark inset. Very striking, they are in baskets and planters around my grey deck
